What can I expect?
The exhibition takes you through the epic story of Princess Diana and the Royal Family. Through 10,000 square feet and 12 curated rooms, you will be transported through history with over 700 personal artifacts on display. The exhibition includes the largest on-display collection of Diana’s evening gowns, an exact replica of her famous wedding dress, a recreation of her memorial outside of Buckingham Palace, and much more. Written information plaques or an audio guide will guide you through the exhibition, telling you the untold stories behind each artifact.
The exhibit was elegantly created and produced by SBX Group and SEE Global Entertainment in partnership with Pink Ribbons Crusade, a 501(c)(3) all-volunteer charity sharing its multi-million-dollar collection of Diana artifacts and royal family memorabilia. Organizers worked to curate the exhibit from a collection of Diana and British royal memorabilia considered by many to be the world’s most comprehensive – a collection that has taken the internationally respected charity more than 45 years to assemble. A portion of all ticket sales will be donated to support those who are currently fighting breast cancer.

Is there an audio guide?
Yes, the exhibit does have an audio guide available for purchase for $5.50. The audio guide shares the untold stories behind some of Diana’s most personal items.
The audio guide is currently only available in English.

How long does the experience last?
Guests will navigate through the experience at their own pace, which is expected to take approximately 60-90 minutes. If you get the audio guide the running time is approximately 55 minutes.
But don’t feel rushed - you can take as long or as little time as you would like! However, please note our last entry is at 5pm and we close at 6pm!

Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, exclusive merchandise will be available for sale on-site. There is no online store, so stock up during your visit!

Is the exhibit handicap accessible?
Yes, the exhibit is handicap accessible! We are located on the 3rd floor at the Shops at Crystals and the best way to get here is by using the complementary Shops at Crystals valet service. Once there, you can head inside the mall and take the elevators on your left up to the 3rd floor. We are located just down the hall, right beside the 2nd-floor escalators!
There is seating throughout the exhibit to take breaks as you explore.
Unfortunately, we do not have wheelchairs or other mobility devices available, however, we suggest checking with your hotel property to see if they can provide them!

How long will the exhibit be in Las Vegas?
We are a permanent exhibit that will be in Las Vegas for the long-term future! At this time there are no plans to tour the exhibition. Tickets are currently on sale here.
If you are looking to purchase tickets even further in advance, please check back at a later date - our tickets usually go on sale 6 months in advance!

Can you take photos and video?
You can absolutely take photos and videos in the exhibit, we just ask that you do not use flash to avoid disturbing other guests and for the protection of the artifacts.

How much are tickets?
Adult tickets start at $32.95 and Senior, Military, and Nevada Resident tickets start at $28.95 (you must show ID on-site). For just $7 you can upgrade your ticket to VIP.
VIP Tickets come with over $30 in value for just $7! These perks include an audio guide and an exclusive commemorative gift, only available to VIPs. Additionally, VIP ticket holders are able to come at any time during the day (our last daily admission is at 5pm) and get priority line access.

What is the Flex add-on?
The Flex add-on allows you to do Vegas on your terms. For just $2.50 per ticket, Flex allows you to come at any time on your ticketed day, or anytime up to 5 days before or after. This option gives you the flexibility to come to the exhibit when works best for you!
To add the Flex option, please select your ticket types - you will be prompted on the following screen to add the option!

Can I reschedule or change my ticket?
We can help you reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time, or ticket category that is not already sold out. Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your original ticket date for more information. Be sure to include the ticket number when contacting us, and our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also try the self-service exchange process. See here for instructions.
If your new date and time are within less than 24 hours, our staff will be happy to accommodate you in person at our box office or you can email hello@dianalasvegas.com

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets via your ShowClix Account. If you need assistance, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your ticket date and make sure to include your order number.

What is your refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. Terms and conditions are agreed upon before purchase and can be viewed on your ticket receipt. Please reach out to hello@dianalasvegas.com if you feel there are special circumstances that warrant a refund.

How long will the exhibit be in Las Vegas?
We are a permanent exhibit in Las Vegas and plan to be here for many years to come! If you are looking to book a future date and don’t see it available, this is because we generally release tickets 6 months in advance - please check back later and your date should be available!

The exhibition is open 7 days a week from 10am - 6pm, with our last entry time being at 5pm daily!
